The steel pen makers guide to the Jewellery Quarter

On this walking tour you’ll hear about the industrialists who brought writing to the masses, about the man who bought the Rotten Park Estate who helped create Birmingham University and who started Lloyds Bank. You’ll hear how the Jewellery Quarter developed. The tour starts at the entrance of St Paul’s Church and finishes at the Pen Museum where you can make your own steel pen nib.

ACCESS

This event is accessible for wheelchair users. The walk contains some hills but is suitable for any fitness level. Stops are built into the tour.
