A sweeping cinematic history of suburban housing in Sutton Coldfield starting 1500 years ago up to the present day. Especially commissioned for Birmingham Heritage Week, this film explains how a sleepy backwater evolved into what is now a busy town of over 96,000 people. It also explores what we can learn from history to better understand and manage our town’s future.
