St Francis C of E Church

St Francis Church stands at the heart of the Bournville Village, designed in the early Christian Basilica style and consecrated in 1925. St Francis Church is dedicated to Saint Francis of Assisi (1182-1226) the patron saint of animals and the environment. It is a place of calm and beauty and a place of prayer and welcome.

Visit us on Heritage Open Day and enjoy: • A live steam floor-level railway layout showcasing a miniature Bournville Village • A vintage car display • Sales of Cakes, Greetings Cards, Preserves and Plants with Hot & Cold Refreshments throughout the day

There is a small car park with 8 spaces, including 1 disabled space. Additional shoppers’ car park beside/ behind the community centre and parking on surrounding roads.

This event is part of Bournville Heritage Open Day. For a full list of events in Bournville, click here.
