Made in Birmingham Tour

Step inside Birmingham’s incredible industrial past and creative present with the Made in Birmingham Tour — a captivating 45-minute guided journey through some of the city’s most iconic inventions and engineering marvels.

Explore a handpicked collection of extraordinary Birmingham-built objects, including the mighty Smethwick Engine and the legendary Spitfire. Hear the fascinating stories behind these innovations and the brilliant minds and skilled hands that brought them to life — the makers who shaped a city known as the “workshop of the world.”
