Displays including: Postcards from the Lickey; Trams, fairs and Teas; Beacon Hill Drinking Fountains; Coronation Day 1953; The Roman Road; The Great Court at Lickey; Local watercolours by Elijah Walton from the 1850s; Sir Granville Bantock, composer; A model showing how the WW1 Bilberry Hill Gun Proof Range worked; the 1840 tithe map of the local area and other maps from our collection… and much more!

In Warren Lane Quarry:
Normally closed to visitors, the Quarry will have guides to show you the WW1 Bilberry Hill Gun Proof Range & the Lickey geology.
Guided walks on both days
• Sat 16 Sept | 11.30am-1.30pm – Lickey History Walk
• Sunday 17 Sept | 11am-1pm – Lickey Geology: ‘A Walk Through Time’.
• Sat 16 & Sun 17 | 1.30pm-3.30pm – The Country Park’s WW1 & WW2
Pease wear suitable clothes and footwear – it can be very muddy!
Walks last around 1.5–2 hrs

There is level access to the schoolroom (displays) and quarry (WW1 Gun Proof Range). There is an accessible toilet in the visitor centre. The walk are not wheelchair accessible
