Gallipoli and Brandwood End
Join Ian Binnie, the Education officer for the Gallipoli Association, on a walk around a number of graves associated with those that lost their lives in the Gallipoli Campaign and offer an insight to why this campaign was a failure.
The tour will start at the lodge.
Regrettably this tour is on very uneven surfaces, off road, and not suitable for wheelchairs or push chairs.
The entrance to the cemetery is in Woodthorpe Road, between Stonemason and car valet service. Parking is available in the cemetery grounds. No 18 bus stops nearby. Please note that there is a Zoom talk on the same subject on Fri 8 Sept at 7.30pm.
