A c3km circular walk around the Centenary Square area looking at the Blue Plaques on display. Discover more about the people, places and events being commemorated by the iconic Blue Plaques and delve into their contribution to the development of the city of Birmingham. From a pioneering female reporter to a legendary nightclub, a politician to a surgical champion, reimagine this area through the 18th, 19th and 20th centuries.
We will meet under the canopy of the Library of Birmingham (Centenary Square, Birmingham, B1 2ND) by the bicycle racks. We will be walking outdoors so please dress appropriately for the weather and wear comfortable footwear.
