A Tour with Sir Thomas Holte
Who is the man behind the myths? Aston Hall was built in the 17th century for Sir Thomas Holte, the man with an incredible reputation, find out his side of the story as he takes you on a guided tour of this grand old mansion.
Are you brave enough to ask if he chopped his cook’s head in two, or if he locked his daughter away in the attic?
Pre-booking is essential. We anticipate that this event will be very popular. Tickets are non-refundable.
The tour begins at 12noon and lasts approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. After the tour feel free to explore this magnificent mansion at your leisure. The Hall closes at 4pm. The Stable Yard Café and gardens will be open from 11am until 4pm.
The ground floor of Aston Hall is accessible, however most of the rooms featured on this tour are accessed by climbing stairs.
