Bobby Bird aka Higher Intelligence Agency will give an immersive live surround sound performance of his composition Watt’s Orbit, created from the sounds and rhythms of James Watt’s steam driven beam engines, recorded at Papplewick Pumping Station, Crofton Beam Engines, The London Museum of Steam & Water and Thinktank Birmingham.

Bobby Bird is a Birmingham based musician and sound artist. He has released a number of widely acclaimed electronic music albums as Higher Intelligence Agency, created multi speaker sound installations for galleries and festivals, and also played guitar for the late great Ranking Roger of The Beat.
