National Grid Windsor Street Gasholders Site Tours
An opportunity to see up close the last three remaining gasholders in Birmingham as they are being dismantled. You will be able to learn about their history, look down into the underground tanks, marvel at the engineering and gaze up at the gasholder frames, painted in the Aston Villa Football Club colours.
Please Note:
Visitors will be required to wear a hard hat, high vis jacket and eye protection which will be supplied. Flat, lace up footwear with ankle support (such as walking boots) MUST be worn and National Grid reserve the right to refuse entry if suitable footwear is not being worn or if site rules are not complied with. Site rules will be explained on the day.
Visitors must be 16 or over.
