Handsworth Old Town Hall
Small community museum housed in a 15th century Grade II listed building of ‘cruck’ timber construction. Exhibition of maps, photographs and paintings of Handsworth as it used to be when it was a more rural area.
Until the Industrial Revolution, Handsworth was a rural area, with many farms, and we plan to display photographs and paintings of these and the different way of life that existed until Victorian times.
