This year we invite you, for the first time, to explore Birmingham’s heritage through virtual events as well as in person visits. You can test your Birmingham knowledge with our Brummie Quiz and take the post box challenge; what do you know about your local postbox?

Covid-19
In person visits on offer during Birmingham Heritage Week will take place within government guidelines at the time of the event. Please contact organisers of the event if you have questions.
When visiting a site or event, please act responsibly and adhere to social distancing guidelines. If you display symptoms, do not attend the event. In person events will have a limited number of places. If you find you can no longer attend, please let the organisers know so they can offer your place to someone else.
About us
Birmingham Heritage Week is a city-wide festival that celebrates Birmingham’s rich and diverse heritage. Every time the festival runs, in the region of 70 partner organisations come together to organise well over 100 events, ranging from exhibitions and tours to open days and concerts. For the first time, this year’s programme will include virtual events. Birmingham Heritage Week is a great excuse to explore Birmingham and find out more about this great city.
