The Unitarian Chapel dates back to 1708 and celebrates 310 years in Hollywood. It has a colourful history with many interesting characters buried in the beautiful setting that is the graveyard. During the Heritage Open Days, there are graveyard tours, information on Unitarians and their beliefs and historical documents and photographs of the area. It is also an opportunity to search family history records.
This year there is an emphasis on ‘Exceptional Women’ and also recognising the lives lost in WW1 and WW2. A special display will be shown to mark this occasion. Refreshments are provided free of charge to visitors.
No booking required.
