Positively Birmingham Tour No. 2 – In the footsteps of Sir Edward Burne-Jones

Our walk takes us to some of the city’s most historic buildings and we gain an understanding of the city’s origins. The latest 21st century developments are explained and we hear what is around the corner in this city of continuous change.
Included on the walk are the Museum & Art Gallery, St Philip’s Square, the Bullring & St Martins and Grand Central along with plenty of surprises. We hear of the exploits of Sir Edward Burne-Jones, Birmingham’s most famous painter who, during his colourful life, observed Birmingham put huge efforts into improving itself. Tour No. 2 compliments Tour No. 1 which also runs during Heritage Week.
Tours start: 10.30am from the Museum and Art Gallery main entrance steps (2pm on Sunday) in Chamberlain Square and ending at 12.15pm.
